Damaged or Wrong Items

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed and shipped with the utmost care, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, soiled, or incorrect item, we will handle the situation as follows:

Resolution: We will provide a return or exchange at our expense.

Notification Deadline: Please contact us via email or our inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the item.

Damaged During Transit

  • Visible Damage upon Delivery: If the package (including packaging materials) shows clear signs of damage, such as water stains or impact, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
  • Damage Discovered after Receipt: If damage is found after you have accepted the package, please report it immediately to the shipping carrier (International Mail or your local Post Office) while keeping all original packaging. In addition, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important Note on Returns:
When returning an item, please use the original packaging (such as the shipping tube) and ensure it is packed as similarly as possible to how it was delivered.
 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for Customer Convenience

Since our reproductions are made-to-order (printed specifically upon receiving your request), we generally do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of customer convenience (e.g., “item not as expected,” “ordered by mistake,” etc.).

Exceptional Refund Policy: As an exception, we may offer a refund for the item price only, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Shipping Costs: In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. (However, we will cover shipping costs if the item is defective or if the wrong item was sent.)
  • Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items that are unopened and returned with all original packaging materials in their original condition.

Important: We cannot accept any returns sent back without prior notification.

Handling and Care Instructions for Art Reproductions

Our art reproductions are printed on fine art cotton paper and are extremely delicate. Please take the utmost care when removing the print from the shipping tube or unrolling it.

  • Handling: Touching the surface with wet or oily hands may cause permanent staining. We strongly recommend handling the print with clean hands or wearing white cotton gloves, and only touching the white margins.
  • Scratches:The printed surface is sensitive; scratching with fingernails or sharp objects will cause damage.
  • Liability:
    Please be advised that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any scratches, stains, or damage caused by the customer’s handling after opening the package.

Preservation and Storage: Our reproductions are created using pigment inks and premium cotton paper, providing high durability and long-lasting beauty. However, to prevent fading or deterioration, please avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high-humidity environments. We recommend displaying or storing your print in a well-ventilated indoor space.

Important Note on Color Representation

We make every effort to display our product images as accurately as possible to reflect the original colors. However, please be aware that the actual colors you see may vary depending on:

  • Your Viewing Environment: Differences in monitor settings, brightness, and screen types of PCs, smartphones, or tablets.
  • Color Perception: Individual differences in how colors are perceived.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on claims that the color “looks different than expected.” We appreciate your understanding prior to purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Deadline: We accept cancellations only before the item has entered the printing process. Once the printing has begun, we can no longer cancel the order as each item is made-to-order.

Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any administrative fees for cancellations. However, please note that any transaction fees incurred at the time of payment are generally non-refundable.
