- Non-EU Customers: Prices are exclusive of VAT. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (see “Customs Duties” below).
Additional Costs
- Shipping Fees: Please refer to our “Shipping Policy” for details.
- Import Duties & Taxes: For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import consumption taxes, and local clearing fees may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
- Bank Transfer Fees: If you choose bank transfer, any remittance fees must be covered by the customer.

Payment Deadline
- Credit Card: Payment is processed at the time of your order.
- Bank Transfer: Please complete your payment within 14 days (two weeks) of placing your order. If payment is not received by this deadline, your order will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Methods & Processing Time
- Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, we begin the printing and packing process. This typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Origin: Please note that the shipping origin may vary depending on the product type, size, and destination. Items in the same order may be shipped from different countries. All booklets are shipped from Spain.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 weeks. Delays may occur due to postal circumstances or seasonal peaks (Vacations, Christmas, etc.).
- Tracking: A tracking code will be provided via email after shipment.
1. Reproductions (Flat Rate / Price-based)
Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. For orders under 100 EUR, a flat rate applies based on the destination.

Combined Shipping: We adjust for the lowest possible rate. Free shipping applies only to reproductions over 100 EUR; booklets always incur shipping fees.
Bulk Orders: For 10+ booklets, please contact us for a custom quote.
2. Booklets (Quantity-based)
Shipping fees for booklets are calculated based on the number of items in your cart and the delivery destination.
Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
As our business is based in Spain, product prices for orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) do not include consumption tax (VAT). When your order is imported into the destination country, it may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (including local consumption taxes) as determined by the local customs office. Please be advised that the purchaser is solely responsible for paying these taxes upon receipt of the items. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Payment Instructions
- Credit Card: We use Square for secure, industry-standard encrypted payments.
- Bank Transfer: Remittance fees are at the customer’s expense. The sender’s name must match the order name. If you must use a different name, please contact us in advance to avoid shipping delays.
